- Travel camp trailer already rented in Group Area

- Farnham Resort – it is secluded and everyone knows
where it is; plant the idea that we might go elsewhere because “We are
growing.”

before to not interfere with Pride?

bylaws
- This would allow us to be legally recognized as a
non-profit organization

Flint Hills affect public relations? Publicizing where?

- So, people can hold multiple offices
- President, VP, and Secretary-Treasurer
- Committees:
- Need to recruit!
- K-State Progressive Alliance (Margo)
- Regional AIDS project leader and many more

- Meetings will not be held unless a member of
the executive meeting is present
- Twice a month until May (or until committees
agree that weekly meetings are necessary)
- What makes a quorum? (50% of members – in
email, present at meeting, etc.)
- What are best days for everyone? Rotate days
for better participation?

- Amendments to the Constitution: Check
- Save Constitution as working document and wait until
2009 to legalize group…consensus seems like we WILL ratify constitution at
next meeting to apply for non-profit organization

on for Flint Hills Pride (e.g., Dinner Impossible)
- Apply for tax exempt number (don’t need to be legally
recognized yet?)
