• Pride  - no report
• Fundraising – Benefit show May 17^th tentative date, Monica will be hosting, as well as Teddy Bear event
  • Get together a letter for sponsorships soliciting merchants, business you do business with and friends in turn create a banner to recognize sponsors.
  • Suggestion to create a brochure, flier to ask for volunteer support for those unable to attend meetings to help out with their talents would be helpful with their contact information included.  Time and talents request.  May 25^th or 26^th show as a possible date for event. 
  • Donations for casino night posters are posted. 
  • Ms. Pride Pageant either June 7^th or 14^th of June leaning towards the 14^th.
  • Ideas for activities:  Chuckie Cheese certificates, body painting, dunk tank, sundae building contest for kids, day care for kids of participants, ice cream contest for kids, nuts and bolts, live music, dj, camper raffle for a night.
  • ISPCAN Benefit possibly in August by local band from college – Michael Hendrickson is contact of the band.

• Fundraising
  • Casino Night – April 12^th JC’s will let use at no cost 2-3 people to help with craps, and blackjack etc.  Looking to purchase Roulette wheel on Ebay etc. 

-          Prizes any way we obtain. 

-          Brochure for fundraising volunteers and for business’s and sponsors as well.  Vegas trip, cruise trip, hair dressers, gift cards, grocery.  List at HRC website for family friends buying guide for corporate sponsorship.

-          Camping sign-up I volunteered…. Or I will pay for my camping. 

-          PS 3 for big prize – Target/Best Buy as possible donors.  Prizes and donations are key for success.

-          Need prize committee (4) and pit boss to ensure proper payout.  2 people per table, big clock on wall for exact time with hostess at the prize table. 

-          Casino night begins at 9:00 pm with volunteers arriving at 8:00 pm for training and set up. 

• Date Auction – post on guest book has been done for 3/22/08
• T-shirts – approximate on 72 shirts 75-100 count @ $4.00 for $5.00 get 4 spot processes –Titus found.  Look around for additional prices, turn around time, weight of shirts
• Volunteers – work on week of March 17-21

• Schedule e-board meeting – 3/26 @ 6:00
